WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Giangem is not responsible for any damaged items cause by incorrect installation. Any missed or damaged items by manufactory issue, must be notify within three days. We will only accept replacement or store credit. Any merchandise received within 15 days from the date of purchase are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, if received 16-30 days are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. Any items past 60 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, and Discover, Check, Zelle, Venmo
Unless otherwise specifically agreed to, terms are net the date on the invoice. Credits will only be authorized under the desecration of the Management. All amounts shall be payable to GianGem Enterprises. If the customer fails to pay on the date agreed upon, a 2% monthly fee will be applied.
