We founded Giangem Enterprises, Inc. with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable purchase experience. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package. All packages are shipped from NY.  

Please allow 2 business days for processing. Any orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day. Shipping time is dependent on the location but ranges between 7-10 business days after processing.

Please note that all shipments that contain a diffuser will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to accept the package.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Returns & Exchanges 

You may return or exchange any item - as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging - within 3 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges may be subject to review. Please provide supporting images concerning your claim to giangem27@gmail.com.  

Exchanges

A product can be exchanged for any item available on our company. Once your return is received, it will be processed, and your exchange will be sent out within the next order.

Store Credit 

When an item is returned for store credit or exchange the merchandise must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, if received 16-30 days are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. Any items past 60 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems. Remember, it's your responsibility to unpack the product safely when your order is received.

  • Events Outside our Control

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale: We will contact, you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.

Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of an order product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
