1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain items, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.) to initiate a return.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to return the items, including the return address and a return authorization number if required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for both return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without it.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@giangem.com or +1 718 570 – 2571. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with the claims process. You may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Health and hygiene products (such as face masks, personal care products, etc.)
